Appropriate for all levels, very approachable, athletic, this class is taught using simple and effective alignment cues. Morning yoga is meant to awaken, revitalize, and prepare the body for the movement of the day. Also excellent for a post-morning run, bike or swim. Class is held outdoors at the Queensβ Marketplace Coronation Pavilion. Bring your own mat and props.
