The first annual Experience Volcano Festival, a celebration of arts and culture that springs from this creative rain forest community, to showcase and share it with residents and visitors.

Long appreciated as one of the 'hidden gems' of Hawaii, Volcano is more than just a gateway to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. This two day event is slated for July 27th and 28th 2019. 

Over the course of this weekend residents and visitors alike can enjoy art, food, music and performances. Events span the whole of the Volcano area, from Akatsuka Orchid Gardens to the Volcano Winery, with a concentration of activities in the heart of historic Volcano Village.

Restaurants will be featuring special menus, visitors will be invited to get directly involved with the creation of artwork through make and take projects at Volcano Garden Arts and see ongoing art demonstrations at the Volcano Art Center's Niaulani Campus.
