First Fridays in Holualoa
On the first Friday of every month, from 5:30-8:30pm, Holualoa Village comes together for a block party in and outside the town's art galleries and boutiques, with live music, gourmet "grab and go" food, and a chance to mingle with fellow art and culture lovers in the heart of Kona coffee country on the slopes of Hualalai. Rain or shine. Social Distancing, with face masks recommended.

Lei Day Brews N’ Blooms at King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel
Held in the hotel's art foyer, boasting various displays of Hawaiian artifacts and paintings by renowned Hawaiian artist and historian Herb Kawainui Kane, guests and locals alike can enjoy lei making with beautiful, fresh flowers, various cultural activities, perusing the MOBI (Made on Big Island) Marketplace filled with locally-made crafts and goods, and Ukulele musical stylings. Kona Brewing Co. pouring samples will also be offered throughout the event, sharing the laid-back tropical flavors of their Liquid Aloha.

Kona Brewers Festival
It will take place March 12, from 4-7 pm on the Luau Grounds of the Courtyard King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel. Local brewers and island chefs will be the primary focus, combined with live music and Pacifica fashion. Check their website for details here.
